The Team Temperament Report is a valuable resource for managers and leaders providing critical insights on the people dynamics of the groups they oversee. This report provides an analysis on the interaction dynamics for a group, and reveals the behavioral inclinations (communication and action patterns) of each individual. The Team Analysis incorporates the KTS-II results of all team members, allowing groups to openly discuss how the make up of their team can best address important challenges and opportunities they face. The report provides an overview of how each of the temperaments can best work with each other to resolve conflict, create team synergy, develop capabilities, and align for strategic initiatives.
